Blenders are most common kitchen appliances, they are very useful in kitchen, they can be used to prepare sauces, dips and juices or even smoothies. There are many types of blender such as all purpose blender, smoothie blender or hand held blender. The most useful blenders among all of them is an all-purpose blender, as they will be very useful for almost all of the kitchen preparation. Today we will discuss some of the recipes to make healthy juices and smoothies for a healthy diet.
It is a delicious drink. Packet with vitamin C and K that will boost your immune system, support the healthy bones. To prepare this juice, you will need a grapefruit, peeled and sliced, two peeled and sliced oranges and three kiwi peeled. Mix then together in the blender and then strain. Banana Ginger Smoothie:
This recipe for smoothie will cure soothes indigestion, heartburn, nausea, and other stomach problems. To prepare this smoothie you will need a sliced banana, quarter a cup of vanilla flavoured ice cream, a tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon grated ginger. Place them in the pitcher of the blender and mix until smooth paste is formed.
It’s great to cool your body temperature after a hot day or after a hard workout. It is a low calorie healthy smoothie. To prepare a smoothie you will need one navel orange peeled, one-fourth a cup of half-and-half yogurt, two teaspoon of vanilla extract and four ice cubes. Transfer all the ingredients in the blender jar and let the blender perform the rest of the task. Once you have received a thick and smooth mixture serve directly.
